“环岛计划”是 2022 年由 Otherwise 联合一树 Arbre 发起的驻地艺术项目。 在为期 3 个月的时间中，3 位艺 术家与 2 名研究员共同交流，完成各自的艺术项目。系 列共 7 册，驻地日记 5 册，为驻地者每周进度分享的记录; 档案 2 册， 为研究员项目的文献整理。

The Roundabout Plan is a residency art project launched by Otherwise in collaboration with Arbre in 2022. During the 3-month residency, 3 artists and 2 researchers will engage in mutual communication and complete their respective projects. The series includes 7 zines: 5 zines of residency reports documenting the weekly progress of the residents, and 2 zines of archives compiling the literature related to the researchers' projects.
